Most just say “The Realtor did nothing”, which is hard to accept since selling real estate is essentially a marketing and negotiation effort, isn’t it?.
That’s a shame but not surprising since most agents don’t even have basic business skills or any fundamental understanding of marketing whatsoever. Yet lacking these important skills these individuals somehow find themselves in charge of marketing and negotiating the sale of an asset that at a minimum has 7 times the value of a new car.
